If you listened to my last podcast episode, you know this is the first of the new newsletter format where I go deeper on something I mentioned in Tuesday’s episode or I add value by mentioning something new, but still relevant.
If you missed it, I talked about my new content flywheel strategy.
But what you can’t see on a podcast, you can see in a newsletter. (Lucky you 😉)

I mentioned Castmagic as a content creation shortcut.
I like it because all I need to do is upload my podcast episode and it gives me show notes, a transcription, social media post ideas, and more.
It’s important for you to think about creating a flywheel in your business.
It can be for your sales process, for business operations, or for content like mine.
Think of it as a way to create SOPs and put it all in one place.
For me, that place is a Google Drive folder.
Trust me – when you have it all laid out like this, it takes a lot of stress off your plate because it’s documented and systematized.
